How much do I pay for shipping?

We provide $9 flat rate shipping to anywhere in Australia. If your order is over $60 then we’ll ship your items absolutely free!

How long does delivery take?

We aim to process your orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can follow your order all the way to your door. Usually, shipping takes between 2-10 business days, depending on your location.

Will I receive information so I can track my order?

All our orders are sent to you with Australia Post. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. You can use these details to track your order to your door.

Do you ship to countries other than Australia?

Our shipping policy relates to customers based in Australia only. At this stage we do not ship to countries outside this region.

I’ve changed my mind! Can I exchange my brooch for another one?

We provide a 30-day exchange policy. If you change your mind and would like to swap your purchase for something else, just contact us and let us know. We’ll then provide you with a postal address to return your order too. Your brooch must be in brand new condition, in its original packaging and not damaged in any way. Once we received and checked the item, we’ll happily help you choose a new product. Please keep in mind, that we do not cover postage costs for returning items, but we will pay for the shipping of your replacement. Read more about our exchanges policy here.

What happens if I want to return my brooches?

We provide a 30 day returns policy. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you can email us regarding a refund. We’ll reply with a postal address to return your order to. Your product must be in brand new condition, in its original packaging and not damaged in any way. We do not cover postage costs for returning your item. Once you’ve shipped the product back to us and we’ve checked it, we’ll issue a full refund for the product price. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout. My product is faulty. What can I do?

All our products are checked for quality before they are shipped. If, in the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact us. We’ll require evidence of the damage so please take some photos and send them through to info(at)bohobrooches.com.au. Once we’ve received the photos and information we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card payments as well as payments via PayPal and Afterpay. We accept most Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards. All payments via credit or debit cards will be processed by our secure payment system which uses 256-bit SSL technology.

How secure is my payment?

We take your personal security seriously at Boho Brooches. We process all payment transactions through one of two extremely secure environments. Credit card payments are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption technology which means your credit card details are encrypted while the details are passed from your bank to ours. PayPal transactions occur within the PayPal environment and are protected by their leading security and 24/7 monitoring. PayPal is one of the most trusted internet payment systems in the world.

Will I receive a receipt of my order?

You will receive an email from us with your payment receipt attached as a PDF document as soon as your order has been processed. This receipt will contain all the information in regards to warranty and tax purposes. If you paid for your order via PayPal or Afterpay you will also receive an additional payment receipt from them. If you haven’t received an email confirmation 5 minutes after placing your order, check your spam or junk folders as occasionally they can occasionally end up in there.

PayPal is an easy to use and secure online payment platform. If you have a PayPal account, you can use this with your PayPal login details. If you don’t have a PayPal account but would like to set one up then you can do this free and easily over here. What is Afterpay?

Using Afterpay is easy. You buy what you want today, receive your order, and pay it off in four equal and interest-free fortnightly payments. When using Afterpay for the first time, you will need to complete a short registration form.

Afterpay will split your total order in four equal instalments, which you can pay with your debit or credit card every fortnight. Afterpay will send you a reminder when payments are due and will process the payments automatically. For more information please visit the Afterpay site.

Do you accept American Express credit cards?

Yep we sure do! Just select the credit/debit card payment option on the checkout page and enter your information as normal.
