We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you don’t love your new brooch you can return it for a refund. To request a refund simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll then provide you with an address to return your order to. Your brooch must be in brand new condition, in its original packaging and not damaged in any way. We do not cover postage costs for returning your item. Once you’ve shipped the product back to us and we have checked it, we’ll issue a full refund for the product price. Shipping is non-refundable.

We will happily exchange your brooch if you are not 100% happy with it. To request an exchange just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the new item is a different price, we’ll make arrangements for a refund of the difference or an easy way to pay the gap. Please keep in mind that we do not cover postage costs for returning your item but we happily cover the shipping of your replacement.

All our products are checked for quality before they’re shipped. If, in the unlikely event your item arrives damaged damaged, please contact us and let us know. We’ll require evidence of the damage so please take some photos and send them through to info(at)bohobrooches.com.au. Once we’ve received the photos and information we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
