We want you to really love your new brooch and that’s why we offer an incredible ‘Super Satisfied’ guarantee. This means that if you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will happily refund or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. There are some conditions to our policy and these are detailed below.

Exchanges

We will happily exchange any product that you are not 100% happy with. To request an exchange you must email us within 30 days from your purchase date. You will need to inform us which product you would like to exchange your item for. If the new item is a different price, we’ll make arrangements for a refund of the difference or an easy way to pay the gap. We will then provide you with an address to return your order. Your brooch must be in brand new condition, in its original packaging and not damaged in any way. We do not cover postage costs for returning your item but will pay for the shipping of your replacement. Once you’ve shipped the product back to us and we have checked it, we will send out your replacement immediately.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you don’t love your new brooch you can return it for a refund. To request a refund you must email us within 30 days from your purchase date. We will then provide you with an address to return your order. Your brooch must be in brand new condition, in its original packaging and not damaged in any way. We do not cover postage costs for returning your item. Once you’ve shipped the product back to us and we have checked it, we will issue a full refund for the product price. Shipping is non-refundable.

Faulty Items

All of our products are checked for quality before they are shipped. In the unlikely event that your item sustains damage during the delivery process, please contact us and let us know.We will require evidence of the damage so please take some photos and send them through to info(at)bohobrooches.com.au. Once we’ve received all the necessary information we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
